To be perfectly honest...
I was getting very frustrated with this house and I'm probably not going to finish it.
I'm also feeling pretty sick today so there is that...
But here is everything I did up until now.
This is one of the upstairs bedrooms.
There are two upstairs and two downstairs.
Shelving around the kitchen because I hate kitchen cabinets.
I had to delete a section of shelving above the door because they couldn't enter the kitchen.
I put a range hood above the stove.
The kitchen is pretty barren.
Trashcans. Because I always forget them.
A baker station from the Sims 3 store.
Lights. So I can see what's inside my kitchen.
I changed the colors of the walls.
I gave our gamer sim a nice gamer sim desk and shelf setup.
Closeup of the shelves.
Another look at the kitchen.
Living room.
If you haven't noticed yet... The really cool windows are gone.
They kept disappearing in live mode.
So I decided to get rid of them.
Almost every room has a fireplace.
I finally decided on lighting in the reading room.
I also placed a chair and a play table.
Just to make this room a bit more involved.
The entrance... I'm not sure what has changed since the last post.
This room is for the fashion designer sim of the house.
She has a drafting table and a bed... and a fireplace.
That's about it for now.
Another look at the desk.
I really tried everything to make the windows work but there is some glitch that makes them disappear. So eventually I had to delete the walls around the house and completely redraw them.
I changed to some plain square floor to ceiling windows.
They're pretty bland but they're still nice and open-ish.
This is probably the last post of this building for now.
